When can I set up for the show?
Vendors must occupy their space by 5 p.m. the day prior to the shows opening day. Set up is between 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. the day prior to the show.
Do I need a Tax ID to make a purchase?
For Wholesale purchases you will be asked for your business card and State Tax ID Number.
What kind of product can I expect to find at the show?
Jewelry, gems, minerals, gold, silver, crystals, statues, beads, tools, and equipment.
Is it a wholesale or retail show?
Prospector's Panorama is open to the public and will have both Wholesale & Retail Vendors. Wholesaler's will need to bring business cards and State Tax ID Number for wholesale pricing.
What form of payment will be accepted?
Payment methods do vary by vendor. Most vendors accept Credit Cards, Check and of course Cash.
Do I as a vendor need a State Tax ID or a City Tax ID?
